We offer a 14-day return policy for all clothing items. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

3. Orders and Payment
- Orders are only confirmed once full payment is received.
- We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order.
- All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are securely processed via our third-party gateways (e.g., Yoco).
4. Product Information
We make every effort to display products accurately. However, actual colors, sizes, and styles may vary. Product availability and pricing may change without notice.
5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds
- We deliver throughout South Africa using third-party couriers.
- Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
- It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. DripStack is not liable for lost or delayed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided by you.

13. Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping Information
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days for items that are in stock. Items with lead times will be processed within the specified lead times. Once your order is ready, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Shipping Time:
- Delivery typically takes 3–14 business days once shipped depending on your location. Outlying areas may take slightly longer.
Shipping Fees:
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery address and the size of your order.
Courier Partners:
- We work with trusted local couriers such as The Courier Guy or Aramex to ensure reliable delivery.
Delivery Areas:
- We deliver nationwide across South Africa. If you're in a remote area, please allow for extra time.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If there’s an issue, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns:
- You may return items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unworn,
- Unwashed,
- Unused, and
- In its original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required (e.g. receipt or order number).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items returned that show signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or faulty)
Return Shipping:
- DripStack will bear once off return cost per order, any subsequent returns will be on customer's account.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges:
- Need a different size or color? You can request an exchange within 14 days. Send us an email to start the process.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at Admin@dripStack.co.za within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Kindly include:
- A photo of the item
- A description of the issue
- Your order number. We’ll prioritize your request and send a replacement or refund where applicable.
