DripStack - STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. General

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all sales of goods by DripStack (Pty) Ltd (“DripStack”, “we”, “our” or “us”) to the consumer (“you” or “the customer”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Account Information

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including safeguarding your password and ensuring accurate personal and payment information. Dripstack is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Orders are only confirmed once full payment is received.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order.
  • All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are securely processed via our third-party gateway (e.g., Yoco).

4. Product Information

We make every effort to display products accurately. However, actual colors, sizes, and styles may vary. Product availability and pricing may change without notice.

5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

  • We deliver throughout South Africa using third-party couriers.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. DripStack is not liable for lost or delayed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided by you.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website — including logos, images, text, graphics, and product names — is the property of Dripstack or its content suppliers and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. User Submissions

Feedback, reviews, suggestions, or other submissions become our property upon submission. We may use, modify, or publish them without restriction or compensation.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or third-party rights.
  • Upload viruses or malicious code.
  • Engage in fraud or abusive behavior.
  • Harvest or collect user information without consent.

We may include links to third-party websites. We do not endorse, nor are we responsible for their content, terms, or practices.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

DripStack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or products.

12. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.

13. Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Information

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is ready, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Shipping Time:

  • Delivery typically takes 3–14 business days depending on your location. Outlying areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery address and the size of your order.

Courier Partners:

  • We work with trusted local couriers such as The Courier Guy or Aramex to ensure reliable delivery.

Delivery Areas:

  • We deliver nationwide across South Africa. If you're in a remote area, please allow for extra time.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If there’s an issue, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You may return items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn,
  • Unwashed,
  • Unused, and
  • In its original condition and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g. receipt or order number).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items returned that show signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or faulty)

Return Shipping:

  • DripStack will bear once off return cost per order, any subsequent returns will be on customer's account.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges:

  • Need a different size or color? You can request an exchange within 14 days. Send us an email to start the process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at Admin@dripStack.co.za within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Kindly include:

  • A photo of the item
  • A description of the issue
  • Your order number. We’ll prioritize your request and send a replacement or refund where applicable.
